Can I reserve in advance?
If you want to ensure having a free locker, the best option is to reserve in advance when initiating the booking process. Here, you can choose when and for how many days you want your locker available.
What is the fee for renting a locker per day?
The cost for using a locker is detailed on the website when making the reservation. You can benefit from the current promotions at that moment.
The prices shown on the website already include VAT and correspond to the rental of a locker (depending on the size) per natural day.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, of course. We will refund your money as long as the cancellation is made within 24 hours before the start of your locker reservation.
How long can I rent an automatic locker?

Can I access my locker again during the natural day that I've rented it?
Certainly, as many times as necessary. We understand that you may need to retrieve part of your luggage or add new items to the automated locker. Just use the provided code to access the facility and locker whenever you need.
What should I do if I realize I need a larger locker while trying to use one?
There's no problem if larger lockers are available. Contact us and we'll cancel your rental for that locker* and refund your money. After that, simply purchase a larger smart locker online, and you'll be provided with a new code for the new locker.
*When you cancel the small locker, you lose access to it, so please leave it free at the beginning of the process.
What are the hours when I can access the facility and lockers?
Salamanca Lockers is a fully automated business open 24/7, 365 days a year. You will have no limitations on using our smart lockers.
What happens if I arrive late to pick up my luggage?
If you exceed the 24h limit (remember that the rental starts at 7 AM on the chosen day) or take a few extra days to retrieve your suitcases, you will need to pay the corresponding fee for the number of days delayed. If the customer cannot collect their belongings from the locker, they have one month (30 days) to contact us . After providing the necessary shipping details, we will send the items with charges that must be paid before shipping:
- Handling and packaging fee
- Shipping cost by the transportation company
- Locker rental fee for the delayed days

You pay for a defined space in each type of locker, not for individual items. You can store jackets, backpacks, suitcases, shopping bags, etc. However, certain items are not allowed, including those that could damage the lockers' operation (fuels, flammables, explosives), illegal items (drugs, pornography, stolen objects), living beings, and food or drinks that can spill inside the locker. For security reasons, it is strictly necessary to spend only the time required to store or retrieve your suitcases, luggage, or bags from the rented locker. It is prohibited to stay for eating, sleeping, browsing the internet, talking on the phone, and any actions unrelated to the use of the lockers.
