These general and specific terms and conditions regulate the rental of lockers and storage units owned by Empalulu, S.L. (hereinafter, "LockToRoll") through the website https://www.locktoroll.com/.

These conditions also govern the contractual relationship between Empalulu, S.L. (owner of LockToRoll lockers and storage units) and the User who rents the locker/storage service.

These Terms shall be accepted without reservation and may be modified at any time without prior notice. It is the User's responsibility to review them before each purchase, as the conditions in force at the time of contracting will apply. If changes affect confirmed bookings, affected Users will be notified by email.

The parties may be referred to interchangeably as "Empalulu, S.L.", "LockToRoll", and "User" or "Customer".

By accepting these Terms, the User becomes a Customer of LockToRoll. Any additional products or services offered by LockToRoll will require a new contract.


2. The Service

The service consists of providing temporary storage space in one or more lockers/storage units, reserved exclusively through www.locktoroll.com.

LockToRoll reserves the right to deny access to its facilities under certain circumstances.

What types of lockers does LockToRoll offer?

LockToRoll offers different types of lockers and storage units, such as:

  • Medium Lockers (M)
    Approximate dimensions: 580 mm x 436 mm x 293 mm.
    Capacity: 1 cabin suitcase + 1 small backpack.

  • Large Lockers (L)
    Approximate dimensions: 580 mm x 436 mm x 560 mm.
    Capacity: 2 cabin suitcases + 1 medium backpack.

  • Extra-Large Lockers (XL)
    Approximate dimensions: 580 mm x 436 mm x 856 mm.
    Capacity: 4 cabin suitcases or 1 large suitcase + 1 cabin suitcase.

  • Storage Units
    Approximate size: 5.5 m².
    (Dimensions and capacity are approximate and may vary slightly.)

What can a User store in their locker/storage unit?

Users may store their belongings within the rented locker/storage unit, provided they comply with safety and usage rules (see "Limitations on Use" section).

How can a User check locker/storage availability?

Availability can be checked on www.locktoroll.com by initiating a booking.

How long can a locker/storage unit be rented?

The rental period ranges from 1 day (minimum) to 30 calendar days (maximum), subject to availability.

When can the User access their rented locker/storage unit?

The service is accessible 24/7.

Can the User reopen the locker/storage unit after storing items?

Yes. The User may reopen it as many times as needed during the rental period but must ensure it is closed and empty upon expiration.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices:

Prices per locker/storage unit are displayed on www.locktoroll.com at the time of booking. Final prices include VAT and refer to a 24-hour rental period (from 07:00 to 06:59 the next day).

Payment Methods:

Payments are processed via credit/debit card through the website.


4. Booking & Usage

  1. Online Booking:

    • Visit www.locktoroll.com, select locker/storage size, and rental period.

    • Enter personal details (name, phone, email).

    • After payment, a confirmation email/SMS with an access code will be sent.

  2. Accessing the Facility:

    • Enter the code on the keypad at Calle La Puebla, 8, 09004 Burgos to unlock the door.

    • Inside, input the code on the touchscreen to open your assigned locker/storage unit.

  3. Retrieving Belongings:

    • The locker/storage unit can be reopened anytime during the rental period.

    • To end the rental, select "Open to empty and finalize booking" on the touchscreen.

Important:

  • The access code is personal and non-transferable.

  • LockToRoll is not responsible for errors in the provided email/phone number.


5. Modifications & Cancellations

  • Modifications: Confirmed bookings cannot be modified. Users must cancel and rebook.

  • Cancellations: No refunds are issued once a booking is confirmed.


6. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Not store prohibited items (illegal, hazardous, flammable, etc.).

  • Avoid overloading lockers/storage units.

  • Report issues immediately at +34 621 49 20 60.

  • Remove belongings by 06:59 AM on the last day. Late removals incur daily charges.


7. LockToRoll’s Liability

  • LockToRoll is not liable for stored items.

  • Security measures include 24/7 surveillance and personalized access codes.
